Shipping Policy

Please note The Squishy Shed only ships to UK mainland addresses covered by Royal Mail. We do not ship to Northern Ireland. 

The Squishy Shed aims to dispatch orders in three working days. Once dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking details attached so you can track your order's progress. 

All parcels are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48, which may take between 2 and 4 days to arrive with the recipient, but generally arrives within two days of dispatch. 
 

Cost of postage is dependant on your order size and weight, so is calculated at checkout. 

Collection from the unit is available for free - just select this option at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is fulfilled and is ready for collection.

If you are ordering for a specific event date, for example our party bags, please note these orders may be shipped to you outside of these timescales as they are likely to be made bespoke to your requirements. They will also likely be shipped to you nearer the date of your event.
