Refund Policy

If the items you have ordered have arrived damaged or faulty you must inform us within 3 days of receipt. Email us at info@thesquishyshed.co.uk detailing your order reference, a brief overview of the issue and photographic evidence of the issues. Once this information is received we will provide details of how to return your item, which much be received within 14 days of us providing this information.

 

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items they will be inspected, once confirmed as damaged or faulty we will arrange a refund.

Refunds

Please allow five working days from our confirmation, for your refund to show back in your bank account.

Refunds will not be provided on any other occasion, other than for faulty or damaged goods.

 

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
